Cool under fire, I thrive under pressure. I'm a problem solver with an eye for seeing through the complexity of situations to deliver efficient, timely solutions and create win-win opportunities. Coupled with a goal orientated nature, I am no stranger to "digging-deep" in order to complete any task, duty or operation to the very best of my ability. I simply do not stop until the job is done.

My unfair advantage is my deep memory for written information. I retain and recall very a high proportion of the knowledge I exposed to, especially written. I am able to address thousands of customers by name.

Timezone Centre Manager - Hamilton
Coin Cascade Ltd
2013 - present

I applied for this position after almost a year in my previous store. It was an opportunity to take on a bigger, busier store with more responsibility. Within a year, the store improved from stagnant growth to achieving over 20%. This is a trend that continued year on year. In my time here, I built a strong customer service team, oversaw a complete refit of the centre and increased revenue to year on year record highs.

Key moments:

- Investigation and Dismissal of staff for theft

- Overseeing new fit out

- First 7 figure revenue for store

Timezone Centre Manager - Papatoetoe
Coin Cascade Ltd

2012 - 2013

Through luck and circumstance, I transferred to this centre. Originally, I was intended to work as a shift supervisor. However, the Centre Manager resigned effective immediately before my transfer was due. I commenced work here as the sole employee. The income and patronage of the store began to increase shortly after my arrival and some weeks after my first day here, I was appointed as the Centre Manager.

Key moments:

- Overcoming complete reset of staff numbers

- Bringing centre out of negative growth

- Operating one of only 2 centres to make a profit in the financial year

Xtreme Entertainment Duty Manager - Botany
Coin Cascade Ltd

2011 - 2012

My first assignment with Coin Cascade. In short, it was a short course in working under fire, thriving under pressure while delivering an unmatched customer experience. Here, I learned the importance of addressing people by name whether they were a customer, employee or employer. A skill that I maintain to this day.
