I believe in leading by example. I set only my best foot forward and seek to build a team that is capable of following. In my experience, an organisation is only as strong as the foundation supporting it. For this reason, I take a ground up approach to everything I do. Essentially, get the basics right, pull a team that will push wherever you need and success is sure to follow.
